Swallow’s Return is a newly refurbished single storey property, situated in a peaceful residential area, with open rural views to the rear. The property has been fully renovated to include two new bathrooms (one accessible) and a new kitchen. The open plan sitting room and dining area is filled with light, and overlooks the good sized garden and to the fields beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and high level WC. There are no steps inside the house.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. 2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.
