Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. A spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom beach rental only few blocks away from Spring Lake beaches. Newly renovated and each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. The home has a large yard that looks onto Wreck Pond with a private pool and outdoor dining area. Super easy access to local shore towns. Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.
