Folegandros-Cliffhouse

A historic Venetian house with sea view right in the heart of the Castro. The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. An ideal place to stay as it is the heart of the Village – centrally located – and simultaneously a quite place to stay – as no cars can enter the Castro Area.

La struttura, piccola e graziosa, è situata in una zona centralissima ma pedonale e tranquilla della splendida Chora; occupa il primo piano di un edificio tradizionale, sopra la rinomata gelateria italiana "Lo Zio” e a pochi metri da taverne, bar e locali tipici. Fermate dell’autobus e imbocchi dei principali sentieri per le spiagge distano pochi minuti a piedi. Le camere, completamente ristrutturate nella primavera 2017, arricchiscono lo stile cicladico con un inconfondibile tocco italiano.

Η Μαλοβρά είναι ένα μαγευτικό οικόπεδο 11.000 m², το οποίο βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 200 μέτρων από την παραλία Σερφιώτικο. Το πρωί, οι ηλιαχτίδες φωτίζουν το σπίτι, ενώ το απόγευμα, αγγίζουν απαλά την κορυφογραμμή της εκκλησίας του Αγίου Σώστη. Το σπίτι, πρώην αγροτική κατοικία στο ψηλότερο σημείο του χωραφιού, ανακαινίστηκε με στόχο να προσφέρει άνεση και ζεστασιά όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου. Η Μαλοβρά είναι ένα γαλήνιο, απομονωμένο μέρος οπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη φύση και την ηρεμία.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.
