Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside our holiday let is designed for 2 adults (sorry no children (over 2yrs old) or pets, but we can provide a cot/highchair for a baby). A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
