La casa tiene 4 habitaciones , 2 baños y un precioso jardín de uso privado de 400 metros cuadrados.En el se pueden aparcar hasta 4 coches y dipone de puerta corredera automática para entrarlos. La casa se encuentra en el casco antiguo del pueblo,Pueden ir andando por todo el pueblo sin necesidad de coger el coche. Hay una tienda de comestibles en la misma calle y en los alrededores hay las tiendas necesarias para pasar los dias. La distancia a Barcelona es de 20 Km,a la costa brava es de 90 Km.Muy cerca está el outlet la roca Village ,asi como el circuito de motos Gp de Montmeló. A 5 minutos de la casa está la estación de tren que lleve directamente a plaza Cataluña en Barcelona centro. Su proximidad a Barcelona hace que el visitante pueda estar en Barcelona todo el dia ya sea trabajando o de turismo y por la noche pueda volver a la casa a cenar en el precioso y tranquilo jardín. Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
