Meads high street runs parallel, where you can enjoy marvellous coffee shops, restaurants, two local pubs with stunning gardens and a supermarket. There is ample free parking closeby, plus excellent bus and rail links to Eastbourne town centre, Brighton, Hastings and further.

The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. The Seven Sisters Cliff tops are just a 15 minute walk away tourist spots. One well behaved dog is welcome £10

My house has been described as light and "cosy". It is filled with books, art and interesting things - it is very much a home from home, and not a holiday let. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny flint walled garden. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, lots of choices of where to eat. Walks to enjoy - nearby is the sea, forest, vineyards, Downs or riverside. London 2 hours by car, 90 mins by train.

Folly Cottage

Sitting inside the Georgian walled garden, Folly Cottage sleeps four in a double room with an ensuite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living and dining area, the French doors lead to the terrace in the garden which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. You'll also have access to a smart TV, board games and plenty of local walks. The cottage is dog friendly with a £45 surcharge per pet.

There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.
