Solar lights inside and out, beefy battery for electronics. Fast internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: stovetop, fridge, sink, water. Host will provide transport from the ferry to/from the yurt.

Tree Yurt

The Tree Yurt is quite literally a yurt in the trees. Surrounded by nature, this is YEAR ROUND GLAMPING close to Portland. Water for the outdoor shower and outdoor sink is seasonal Typically May through October. We do provide water for colder months. A main house sits closer to the driveway and There is a chance the house and the yurt will be rented out at the same time. The yurt is about 200 feet from the house and the only shared space is the driveway, so it is actually very private :)

Just outside Freeport and only 30 minutes from Portland, this cozy space makes a calming retreat away from the city - for a night or for a week. Fall asleep listening to the peepers and gazing at the stars, drink your morning coffee while looking out at the cattle grazing in the fields.

Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

Step out of the screened in patio to lakeside relaxation. Dive into crystal waters, snorkel or float with a cool beverage. Kayak or canoe out to Turtle Cove and enjoy the wildlife in this natural waterway teeming with birds to include our resident Blue Heron, ducks, geese, and loons who make this place their home. We have the fortune of bald eagles in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

The Garden Cabin Tiny Home

Curious about tiny homes? Love dogs, gardens, pine trees, campfires, and birds? Hate cleaning fees? Our private 128 sqft cozy cabin is for you! On the spectrum between camping and a hotel room, it's a chill place to call home while visiting Portland. Enjoy our garden while sipping a beverage from your own deck or around the campfire. Cottage on Black Brook Preserve

This charming cottage is thoughtfully furnished, it's your home away from home! Clean and cozy, one bedroom with queen size bed and full kitchen. Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.
