While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. We are close to the city where you’ll find great breweries, restaurants, sporting events, and concerts.
