That Beach Shack - Tranquil Pool & Beach Getaway

The studio opens up to a small courtyard with views directly over the in-ground salt water pool and the hundred year old fig tree. There is a second outdoor covered dining area which connects to the outdoor shower room and outdoor private toilet. That Beach Shack suits singles or couples for the perfect getaway.

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Bungalow

Gorgeous self contained guest house located in Harrington Park’s prestigious estate Harrington Grove . Enjoy the walking tracks throughout the estate ,and if you are up early enough to take a walk through the forest tracks you may spot some kangaroo’s and deer. The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
