The house is located in Hangleton and close to excellent local transportation links: a frequent 24 hour bus service to Hove to Brighton is less than a minute's walk away and it's a 20 minute walk to the local railway stations (Portslade and Aldrington). The house is a ten minute drive to Hove seafront and a five minute drive to the stunning South Downs National Park.

Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
