Situated .7 mile (10 min walk) from the lake & beach at Stop 38 and Stop 41, 6 minute drive to New Buffalo and Michigan City-it's perfect for a getaway to Harbor Country. Visit local breweries, wineries, and so much more.

A perfect place for two at Tryon Farm. Over 110 acres of nature preserve to enjoy on the farm, just outside the door of this barn style unit. Maintained trails meander around the woods, meadows, wetlands and ponds. CLose to National Lakeshore & Indiana Dunes State parks. Kayak rentals near by. Close to breweries, wineres & variety of great dining options. Fire place is wonderful to cozy up to, so this perfect place for two is great any time of year, but directions to use must be agreed upon .

McComb's Cabin, Union Pier, MI

Giant trees welcome you down the drive back to the cabin in the woods. The cabin, along with my house and a small cottage reside on the 2 1/2 acre property. A contemporary cabin of steel and pine with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Open living space, inviting queen size bed, luxury rain shower, full kitchen but no stove. A wood burning fireplace- fall through end of March and outside fire pit. Public beach a 5 minute drive away. Couples check out the cabin for anniversaries & special days.

House of Zen: Peaceful Modern Cabin on Tryon Farm

The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. The perfect getaway for couples, creatives and nature lovers who want some peace, quiet and space. Explore the farm trails & enjoy the wildlife and soothing sounds. Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay during summer, but open up 2 night stays 1-2 weeks before if possible.

The White Cottage Home

This cottage home was built less than 5 years ago. The space is modern and open. It’s located less than 10 mins walk to Lake Michigan beach access. Guests can walk a few minutes to enjoy nearby restaurants such as Dune Billies for breakfast and Cool Runnings Jamaican restaurant. There’s a nearby park and a small dune for short hikes. Other nearby attractions include the Washington park and zoo (5-10 min walk), Blue Chip casino (2 min drive), the Indiana Dunes National Park (20 min drive)
