Nalazi se u Motičkom Gaju (1500 mnv) na 2,3km od grada i isto toliko od skijališta Savin Kuk. Površine je 70m2 i ima: dvije sobe, dnevnu, trpezariju, opremljenu kuhinju i kupatilo.
