Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

Enjoy the lakefront from my charming home! Fish or Kayak from the private dock or relax on the large deck overlooking the water tucked away on the lake. Boats are included for all guests! Nestled at the base of Tallman Mountain lies the quaint village of Piermont where a population of 2,500 sleep, live, thrive and enjoy life on the simpler side. Sip a coffee on the porch overlooking the Sparkill creek, take a stroll down Main Street for an array of options to visit. Fishing on the pier, dancing fireflies at night and wildlife throughout. A quick hike up the backyard mountain to the state park where you can enjoy a picnic and view of the Hudson while catching a glimpse of NYC.

Private stairs & balcony leads to 500 square foot second-story space. You get the entire upstairs to yourself. The NYS Thruway does run between the house and the mountain. There is highway noise. TV has a ROKU. The WiFi signal is weak due to the metal siding on the barn.

Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.
