The Lower Village Lofts *North* is a newly renovated large studio apartment located in the heart of the action - just steps from Dock Square (downtown Kennebunkport) and 1/2 mile to the beach! NOTE - Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum number of guests is 4. Stairs are steep.

The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the home feels comfortable and cozy. Full washer/dryer included. Parking on the premise available for 2 vehicles. 1 Queen size bed and 2 twin beds in the large bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in living room. Excellent WIFI provided. There is also a porch with a comfortable sofa. Total apt. size is 950 square ft.

We decorated with a Bohemian Treehouse style. Perfect size for a single person or couple. We brought some of our most cherished art and plants from our own home. Enjoy!
