Wake up to a full ocean view on a seven mile sandy beach! Enjoy this one bedroom condo's great views, private balcony, and fully furnished decorated living space, along with a full kitchen with dishwasher, and even including a washer and dryer! Walk to everything downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer: Amusement park, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and the famous Pier. Downstairs is a bar/restaurant that features live bands seven days a week in summer. Enjoy the summer fireworks every Thursday!

This spacious, charming cottage features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has two bunk beds, for a total of 6 people maximum. Enjoy our large (~3000sqft), open-concept 4 bed, 3 bath, with 2 spacious kitchens, 2x washer/dryer rooms, 2x dishwasher, & off street parking. Each bedroom has memory foam queen mattress, 2 couches with full size memory foam pull out and 1 with queen pull out, this place comfortably sleeps 12. Includes access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus & high-speed internet although we recommend relaxing on the beach.

Listen to the waves crash from your fully equipped oceanfront condo with large deck located on picturesque Old Orchard Beach. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and a short walk to the “center”. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.
