Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. Sage Cottage is located in the beautiful Pottawatomie County in our own Oaklore Forest. The cottage sleeps two on our queen size bed, Has a mini-kitchen and 3-piece bathroom with stand-up shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials.
