Sunny Cottage

A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

Birch Sea

This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit!

When you arrive, you will feel at peace in our truly tranquil oasis, surrounded by nature. We abutt 87 acres of conservation land. Turkeys, deer and birds visit us daily! The Lower Village Lofts *North* is a newly renovated large studio apartment located in the heart of the action - just steps from Dock Square (downtown Kennebunkport) and 1/2 mile to the beach! The bedroom area has a new king bed with luxurious bedding, black out shades, and an additional smart TV.

North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)

Many fresh seafood restaurants & eateries close by. Kayaks & bikes for use are available. Free parking on site. This 1- bedroom apartment is a half mile walk to Cape Neddick Beach, yet tucked away in the privacy of the woods. When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
