Full kitchen, 4 bedrooms plus Sleeping Loft, 3 baths, Dining Room, large deck, patio, laundry, outdoor shower, fire pit. Private access back beach. Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, or boat. Water behind house at High Tide. Approx. 100 yard walk across Atlantic Ave to beach. Parking for 5 cars Max. Optional in-law apartment available, sleeps 5, for $115 per night/$800 per week

Our beautiful seaside home is the perfect place to make summer memories. Located east of Route 1 and within walking distance to Ogunquit's North Beach (1 mile). Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Great for riding bikes, skateboarding or walking. Several well-known restaurants and trolley stop to Ogunquit are within a 5 minute walk. A grocery store and pharmacy are less than a 10 minute drive. *Booking Summer 2027: Weekly rentals (7 nights) w/Sat. only check-in (6/19/27-8/27/27)*

Harbor House Cottages Edgewater

The Edgewater cottage is available from Mid-May through Mid- October. A Beautiful 2 bedroom fully equipped cottage in Wells Maine (Edgewater) Queen bed in the master, dual twin trundle bed in the second BR, pull out sofa in LR, fully equipped kitchen, Heat and AC, WIFI, TV, gas grill, fire pit, private quiet lane with plenty of parking, 1/2 mile from the ocean/beach, the trolley picks up next door 100 yds. away. (bed sheets, pillow cases, wash cloths and bath towels not provided)

If you've never stayed in Wells before, make your first stay at the oldest established property in Wells, dating back to 1604, but updated for today's modern needs with wifi, streaming, jacuzzi, grill, outdoor furniture, and hammock all within a short drive to Wells beach in a peaceful neighborhood on a dead end street. Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

It doesn’t get better than this !

The Oasis

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, small table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
