At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Bathed in natural light this seperate spacious private cottage with its own entrance offers a stylish tranquil vibe overlooking the treetops to the water. Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Located next to beautiful Umina beach!! Only 30 metres walk to the sand, sea and sunrise. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading a book or dining in our lovely cottage & courtyard. 20 metres to popular cafes, parks, Kids play Ground, bike/skateboard track, basketball & Tennis crts. 8 min walk to popular Umina shopping strip. Our cottage has one King bed, one King single bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed. Most suited to a couple, or couple with one or two young children.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.
