You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Bayside Garden Studio - Sth Cronulla -Steps to Bay

Relax in a stylish bayside self contained studio, detached from main residence in exclusive location in Sth Cronulla. Set in a leafy, frangipani scented garden with separate entrance & on-street parking, the studio will be your sanctuary & oasis while you explore Cronulla & beyond. 50 mtr flat walk to a sandy bayside beach with crystal clear water & 12 minute walk to Cronulla Mall. Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

The "Beach House" -Ocean Front Apartment Cronulla

The “Beach House” is an ocean-front apartment in the heart of Cronulla, available for both short and long stays. This small and quiet unit block is a 2 min walk from the local mall and a 7 min walk to the train station. Private gate access from the unit block leads directly onto the esplanade where the beach is a few steps away. Both bedrooms contain queen beds and spare clean linen. A fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and heating provided. Stair access only.

Greenhills Beach Guesthouse with Parking Space

Suburban Beachfront private guesthouse with car space. Airport is 17.5km or 30mins in good traffic. 300m opposite Greenhills Beach. Various entry points, some easier than others. Enjoy walking the sand dunes or relaxing by the beach. Travel cot available at no extra cost. The property has EV charging at $15.00 a day. Please advise if it is required Bedroom 1 has air con. Bedroom 2 has ducted air cond via the main house. Keep at 23 degrees on hot days. Fan and heater is available.

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

The Cronulla Garden Studio

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.

Cozy & comfortable cabin with water vistas

The cabin is located at rear of the property with water vistas from the deck. There is a large bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, crockery & cutlery. Linen & towels provided. Ensuite bathroom. Ceiling fan. Heater. Weber gas BBQ, hammock & comfy outdoor setting on the cabin deck. 2 night minimum except Easter Weekend with a 3 night minimum.

2 bedroom fully furnished studio - free parking

Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema and bars. The studio is a secondary dwelling in the back of the main house. Complimentary Netflix and internet.
