The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. The Garden Studio, is a modern one-bedroom retreat in the Royal National Park, south Sydney. Upstairs, the cozy loft bedroom with en-suite opens to a sunny deck, ideal for soaking in the natural beauty. A short drive from Sydney, The Garden Studio is your ideal getaway!

Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Self contained studio for two, bath, kitchen, private deck, Tesla charger ... This gorgeous seaside escape is an adults only retreat for singles or couples wanting to escape from the world. Tucked away on the E&O property, Fogo offers absolute waterfront views and privacy. Equipped with kitchen, ensuite and its own private deck - you will never want to leave! Tesla charger is available by prior arrangement.

Bonnie Bundeena Cottage

Getaway with friends/family at this lovely, brand new 2 bedroom cottage with spacious lounge/dining and fully equipped kitchen. Located in a very quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac with access stairs to the Bonnie Vale beach and picnic grounds directly opposite. There’s a private front garden and side yard, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ where you can unwind and relax.
