Our place is a new 1 bedroom studio located in trendy Inner West Marrickville. It is close to many shops and Restaurants. There are two train stations in walking distance that will take you to the city or to the beach. The Studio has it own private access and the Studio itself is a totally private space. King's Hideaway has a brand new orthopaedic bed, fresh quality linen, you can be rest assured to sleep well. It has a comfortable and relaxed feel.

Private studio inside our home

This private studio is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. Step out of your room into the main hallway of our house to enter your private bathroom. A partition separates your bathroom from the rest of our home for complete privacy. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with 2 sofas and a TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps

Our guesthouse is the perfect urban hideaway. Enter the property via the side entrance and stroll past the main house to reach your home away from home. We are extremely well located, being a stroll away from the Enmore entertainment district - including the Enmore Theatre and the many bars and restaurants that surround it. Newtown Station is a 10 min walk away. From there ample buses and trains take you anywhere! (CBD = 10 min train).

Garden Studio in Ashfield

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.

The Treehouse, a unique studio in Annandale

The Treehouse is a unique place to stay - private, comfortable and completely self-contained. Located at the bottom of the garden, separated from the main house by a timber fence, the Treehouse sits up high, nestled among frangipani and magnolia trees. It has its own entrance via the rear lane, and offers privacy in a lovely and secure setting.

This is clean, safe, quiet (apart from airplanes, literally 10 minutes to airport) completely self contained studio. It is a 10 minute stroll to all public transport. Bus direct to Hip Newtown, or train direct to CBD (2 stops), approximately 7 kilometers to CBD. A 5 minute walk to Marrickville thriving live music venues.
