Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Massive Warehouse Loft Apartment

Marrickville was recently voted in the top 10 coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio. The stairs between these spaces are open. There is a small internal shower-room en suite . There is a well lit Hollywood vanity, which doubles as a kitchenette containing bar fridge, basic food prep, reheat cooking and dining equipment.
