Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

This is a New ground floor private apartment with beautiful valley and garden views. There is an adjoining outdoor deck to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden and wildlife. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a private entrance. In just 2 minutes drive you are at the stunning Avoca Beach what is book-ended by two spectacular headlands, a paradise for lovers of sand, sun and surf. Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

Located next to beautiful Umina beach!! Only 30 metres walk to the sand, sea and sunrise. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading a book or dining in our lovely cottage & courtyard. 20 metres to popular cafes, parks, Kids play Ground, bike/skateboard track, basketball & Tennis crts. 8 min walk to popular Umina shopping strip. Our cottage has one King bed, one King single bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed. Most suited to a couple, or couple with one or two young children.

PLEASE NOTE: Steep and uneven steps down to house and caution is needed especially when arriving in the dark or in rainy weather.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

Patonga Creek Cabin.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.

Bangalay Cottage Pearl Beach

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Pearl Beach Loft 150m to beach

An award winning small house at the beach end of Crystal Avenue. Ideal for a couple or a small family; pets are welcome too. In its own rainforest (unfenced) garden, set back from the street and neighbours and hidden from the main house 50m behind it, it’s private and quiet. All you’ll hear are the birds and the surf. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.
