This 2 bedroom, waterfront reserve property, is a modern, bright and airy space, designed and built by our family for the weekender getaway in mind. Suitable for couples or young families, you can sit on the front deck and admire the sunsetting over Tuggerah Lake. Walk out the front door to the lake front walking paths and children's playground. Or stay cosy inside with a wine with the electric fireplace on.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!
