Walk to many of Sydneys iconic attractions including the Opera House! Also you will be close to Museum station and busses to take you easily to areas of Sydney like Bondi. There are all types of cafes and restaurants near by as well as very good grocery stores. Downstairs within the building, there is even a good Thai restaurant. Check the street view to see how central this location is within the city. Using a lift, you will be staying on the top floor of the building which is the same level as the pool and gym. Wake up in the heart of Sydney, step out and walk to explore Sydney's attractions like The Opera House, Art Gallery, Sydney Tower, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, China Town or Sydney Convention Centre. Walk to trains, buses or ferries to reach Manly, Bondi Beach or The Blue Mountains. Experience quality near-by cafes, restaurants & enjoy the atmosphere of a cocktail-bar, nightclub or our Casino. Then relax at the rooftop pool to marvel at the city view or take a work-out at the gym. Museum station is only minutes of walking distance away. You can use it to visit any other part of Sydney quickly. In fact, you can take a train from the airport, get out at Museum Train Station and then walk a couple of minutes to reach the apartment. The train ride takes around 13 minutes. If however, you prefer to take a taxi, the taxi will take approximately 20 minutes (between $45 to $60 depending on traffic). Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk. The 'INSTANT-BOOK' function is enabled so you can make a booking straight away if your dates are available. Please refer to the Airbnb listing calendar for availability of the home. If dates are blocked out, that means they have been taken. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled. The spacious 50 sqm (internal & external) courtyard studio has private and separate entry from a quirky Surry Hills laneway. Visitors descend down a short flight of steps into a stunning secret courtyard enclosed by tall white walls - remnants of a warehouse. Bifold doors lead into the generous living area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater sofa bed (converts to king single bed), leather butterfly chair, flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix) and dining table and chairs. Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling).
