Switch to a flexible or moderate cancellation policy

Bring flexibility to your guests via your cancellation policies.

Why it’s smart to offer more flexible cancellations right now ?

During these uncertain times, flexible or moderate cancellation policy can give guests peace of mind when finding a place to book. A large number of bookings in the UK & Ireland now come from listings that either have a flexible or moderate policy, with less and less coming from more strict policies. Being able to modify or cancel a reservation may encourage guests to go ahead and book. There is also now a search filter that when activated by a guest, will allow them to see only listings with a flexible or moderate policy.
